For the second year running I was able to capture this special event. The Women in Leadership conference is put together by Lockton and empowers women to not shy away from/ aspire to leadership roles. Each year there is a keynote speaker; always bringing a new story and fresh inspiration. This year Shona Rowan spoke from a Psychologist point of view. the conference got everybody working together, breaking down barriers and got the women thinking about what may be holding them back and where their strengths lie.
